@SKYserves NO CABLE 48hrs NOW! Sky Cable is the pits! Details here

For Sky Cable: NO CABLE SERVICE FOR FORTY-EIGHT (48) HOURS NOW! The problem has been reported last Saturday and the reference number has been earlier provided you. The error message starts as “No signal” then transitions to E52-32. Even after the requisite trouble-shooting has been done, the error message has been the same. (For a brief two hours yesterday morning, the signal was restored, and then it was gone again). This means that the television and the digibox is working and the problem is on your end. Your call center agent (her name is Lindel) is of no use because she keeps insisting that the problem is either in the digibox or the cable post outside the house, and that a repairman would drop by. SKYCABLE SERVICE HAS GONE FROM BAD TO WORSE THIS OCTOBER AND NOVEMBER.
Even during the times when there was cable service, half the channels (the movie channels) have no signal and the service conks out every week!!! THIS IS THE WORST THAT SKYCABLE HAS BEEN IN ALL OF ITS YEARS OF EXISTENCE. If you do not do anything about this in the next 12 hours,  blog admin would be constrained to file a formal complaint with the NTC.
