Classes up to the college-level in Metro Manila have been suspended today, July 27, by Malacañang through Executive Secretary Jojo Ochoa, due to Typhoon Juaning, as recommended by PAGASA (the weather bureau) and the NDRRMC (disaster coordinating), according to Bandila news of ABS-CBN.
