From Aksyon News 5: 194 flights, mostly domestic,  have been cancelled due to Typhoon Ruby (Typhoon  Hagupit) including flights of Philippine Airlines,  68 domestic flights,  Air Asia Zest  12 flights, etc. . Today’s plane ticket-holders are advised to check with their  airline.
