The President

Now disputed. that was fast.

At 7:25 pm today, about 30 minutes after the previous blog post (“Not disputed by the President”), the Little President came ont on TV in a press con, to dispute. He said: The President did conduct an investigation very discreetly when informed of the bribe offer, etc, she instructed the Executive Secretary to do so, etc. etc. Fyi.

That was fast.

  1. i dont buy it. neri said he nobody asked him about the bribe. this is ‘i have 2 tapes’ again to the rescue. and again he does it bad.

  2. res gestae may be admissible hearsay but they are not conclusive. they are just like any other admitted evidence. the court can believe or reject it. to be convincing, it needs corroboration or support by other admitted evidence. standing alone, without more, is not sufficient to convict beyond reasonable doubt, i think.
