good day. i asked you a question last time. you answered and referred me to the case of Posadas. May I ask permission to cite the case in a speech as well as the provision from The Revised Rules on Criminal Procedure you cited?

Sure. Supreme Court decisions are public records, you don’t need my permission. As well as the Rules of Court. Of course you got the ideas from me, but never mind at this time; you don’t have to cite the blog in the privilege speech, it’s too late, just mention in your notes or memo to your principal.
