I tried everything, i really did. tomorrow i might be in www.2marichulambino.wordpress.com

     I might not be here in this site starting tomorrow, please go to www.2marichulambino.wordpress.com   The problem has not been solved. The credit card company said there was nothing wrong with their program since the  transaction was getting through but everytime it did,  it was  in PayPal default mode ; and that i should get in touch with the merchant (“Wordpress”) to inform them that their PayPal connection keeps inputting a default one dollar in the local bank here. I tried everything, PayPal doesn’t have a resident agent in the Philippines, they could only be contacted online, so i opened a PayPal account online and i was able to get one but it kept asking for another credit card instead of  Mastercard. I could keep going at this you know, I could probably get an American Express Card sometime then try PayPal again just to assure myself i did everything. I could probably visit my siblings in LA then go to San Francisco and locate Matt Mullenwegg (duh. you think), the founder and one of the directors of WordPress (he was in Manila two weeks ago and gave a talk, it’s also in the Inquirer video interviews) and tell him their PayPal connection is defective  (duh), that means i’d have to take an unscheduled vacation leave, (as if). You think. i just don’t like being stumped. i’m being petty.

        Finally, i sent an email to WordPress (i had a full sked today and yesterday, couldn’t do that earlier) and will wait for their reply. Starting tomorrow September 18, 2008, if this doesn’t work out by that time,  my new url is www.2marichulambino.wordpress.com  That’s where i’d be in the meantime.   Actually, it would be the same thing, it’s still blogging, except that my old files would be here not there, i will probably try to transfer those old files to the new url but it’s such a hassle.

     Well,  not sure if it would be the same because this blog might disappear; although all word files of blog posts are saved in my hard disk but without the images and without the video and slideshows, also  with the caveat that i sometimes edit after publishing so the re-writes are not in my hard disk. Anyway, it’s such a hassle.

        I know i’m being petty, there are much, much more serious problems in the world, there are wars, hunger, sicknesses (i just don’t like being stumped, it takes up one’s time).
