It’s raining!!!!

in the middle of a dry spell, drought causing rice fields to scorch and crack, the Banaue rice terraces in danger of crumbling, electric power dams drying up causing long-drawn brownouts in Mindanao and rotating brownouts in the urban centers.

First rain of the season (i’m twittering). somebody has been raindancing and rain-praying overtime.
