22nd hour and 43 minutes, of fast (lots of water, 2nd jigger of wheatgrass, no activity). it took a while to locate the pulse. couldn’t find it in the usual spot on the jawline. anyway. i found it. it’s 46 bpm (i should probably do this more scientifically with gadgets and video and third parties) on the first try, (the full 60 seconds), 47 bpm on the second try; and 48 bpm at ten seconds, that is, 8 beats per ten seconds, multiply it by 6 for sixty seconds, on the third and fourth tries. my feet are cold though, or maybe i’m just being melodramatic, it’s only my 22nd hour 43rd minute or it’s been 22 hours 43 minutes. xxx

i googled it, the lowest recorded heart rate at rest is supposedly that of Lance Armstrong, 32-34 bpm; there’s another cyclist, Miguel Indurain resting heart rate 28 bpm, i’m no athlete far from it, and not athletic and i’ve quit running and ashtanga yoga a month and a half ago but seem to be more productive/ inventive, although i should probably run in the next few days i’m just fasting so let me just wait 2 minutes so i can record this at 23rd hour of fasting.
xxx and it’s 7pm (it’s no big deal, some people fast for days and days)
xxx
i googled it some more, Miguel Indurain has the lowest recorded heart rate at 28 bpm and someone else not an athlete at 27 bpm. that is….not counting people who are in the hospital. xxx

28 beats per minute — buhay ka pa ba nun?! (are you still alive at that?!) okey na yung 58 bpm (58 bpm is fine with me.) if that guy fasted it’ll probably be…5 bpm he’ll be a living spirit.xxx

my feet are cold though (low temperature only), but my hands are warm so i’m probably fine. xxx
