There’s only  one known existing video of our poledancing (see previous blog posts for background —  we won first place in the dance contest with that): the audience was positioned around the stage, two dancers in front (or up-stage) and Chit and Khrysta were at the back (down-stage). Guess what – the only known existing video of  that dance  was taken by someone who was seated nearest where Chit was dancing. And so therefore, Chit is in the foreground of the frame of that video — the most prominent,  Khrysta in the background, and Lou and i were hardly within the frame — our backs shown for only about two seconds. What are the odds? We were surprised to see the video  this January,  and laughed until we were red in the face but Chit didn’t want anyone to see it…. (so i haven’t uploaded it,  without permission from the family). —

      BUT … here’s  another unknown video (see the “dancers” in the freeze-frame or photo above, with the graphics) of the first  dance rehearsal with the choreographer and two unidentified “dancers” from two Christmases ago. The choreographer had a hectic schedule because it was Christmas, and was available for only two or three rehearsals, so Chit, Ricci, and Khrysta had the brilliant idea of asking the staff to put a camera on a tripod,  and filming the choreographer with the two unknown “dancers”, so they could follow later.
