(edited, there were kids wanting to swim this cold morning; here’s an edit of it at dusk)
Morning of the Lazarus Christmas
May we all rise up
from all the rubble and ruins.
May all our voices
rise above the rush
of the winds,
waters,
wars,
tremors,
and gloom
May all parents,
sons and daughters
rise against those who covet
unbridled power
purveyors of helplessness
and doom.
May all reunited families
come together, rise
to match this test,
surpass all burden
… We will rise forth
and endure
… We will rise through
and prevail.
A SEASON OF CARING AND SURPASSING TO YOU AND ALL YOUR LOVED ONES.
