The lecturer, who’s an expert, said that many if not most lawyers belonged to the personality type: “anxious”… which makes them able to beat multiple deadlines and turn in well-researched and well-polished work, which is good for them and makes them successful, as long as the trait doesn’t go overboard to the point of not getting enough rest and not having any variety in their activities.
Towards the end, she mentioned that she gave relaxation exercises to members of the PHILJA (Philippine Judicial Academy). A hand shot in the air, mine: “You mean … the members of PHILJA are your patients?” mwahaha large laughter from the 70 lawyers in attendance.
