NCR, for the bigger part of the audience, should also be read out as Metro Manila, “Region IV-A” should also be read out  as “CaLaBaRZon” or should also be read out as  the five provinces of Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal, Quezon (CaLaBaRQue dapat but the office that coined this a long time ago probably wanted a “zony”-sounding name); while “Region IV-B” should also be read as  MiMaRoPa or should also be read out as Mindoro (both Occidental Mindoro and Oriental Mindoro), Marinduque, Romblon, and Palawan.
