Assignment, Optional: For the first 15 minutes of the class, pls visit the site comelec.gov.ph and go to “Precinct Finder”. Try to locate your voting precinct for May 9, 2016. (This is optional). Then write down, in your personal notes, your voting precinct and other details, and how to get there. Pls keep this for your personal file. Pls document any problems in using the “Precinct Finder” so we can discuss it in class, as part of our civic duty, and report it to Comelec. 
(this assignment is optional. For students who are not registered voters, you can use the time, 15 minutes, to learn about the voting process from your classmates who are registered voters.)
