The presidential inaugural speech is concise. No sloganeering and no gimmickry. He also offers good insight when he points out that the corruption, criminality, rampant sale of illegal drugs are mere manifestations of a deeper problem, which is the erosion of trust in government.  He should retain his speechwriter.   .
