More than a thousand occupied the UP Diliman science complex at 9pm to view the super blue blood moon.

   Many of those who crowded the campus to watch the eclipse were outsiders based on the way they violated the one-way traffic rule on the rotunda, 

blocking the streets and taking up no parking zones, with some trying to crash the parking barricades. Some of those who were strolling made formations on the street ignoring oncoming cars and causing traffic snarls.

   The lone security guard of the molecular biology building  tried his best to stop vehicular collisions.
