   procedure :

   take a one-hour bath, do not comb wet hair, let it dry while asleep … in the morning get up and go grab the first old shirt in the old clothes section of the closet,  tie it up, finger-comb hair, don’t wear makeup,  wear socks and sneakers,  go …
