A doctor should explain to President Duterte, the Presidential Security Group, Philippine National Police, Armed Forces of the Philippines: Getting vaccinated will protect the person immunized, but NOT the people around him, the person vaccinated can still be a carrier (i already clarified w Doctora Kai 2 days ago). But go ahead , paligiran nyo ang Presidente thinking you’re protecting him, go gorabels!
