U.P. Law Dean Carlo Vistan and the U.P. Law LL.M School hosted the comprehensive presentation of Asian Development Bank (ADB) Anti-Corruption and Integrity Director Lisa Kelaart-Courtney on strategies to prevent corruption, before a full-house  audience consisting of judges, prosecutors, professors, banking lawyers, private practitioners, and U.P. Law students.

The cross-continent discussion yesterday over a virtual platform — the speaker addressing the lawyers from Australia — turned into a lively exchange with Dean Carlo Vistan posing  the interesting question:

— of whether or not the companies listed and published as de-barred ever sued the ADB.

The resource person also fielded thought-provoking questions on modern-day case studies and investigation procedures from the audience.
