From the UP Diliman Office of Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs: “LAST CALL FOR STUDENT VACCINATION! Students are requested to answer the form at http://bit.ly/UPDVax  by November 11, 2021. The final day of vaccination for students will be on Saturday, November 13, 2021.”

From the UP Diliman Office of the Chancellor: Last call also for vax, all UP personnel (faculty and staff including lecturers, all personnel, whether regular, temporary, contractual, probationary, job order, etc) who have not been vaxxed. Children with age 12-17 years old who are dependents of UP personnel: Register for vax now. Registration deadline  Nov. 14 (for details: inquire with the unit admin officer).
