Palms one foot apart,

elbows clipped to ribs,

slow exhale on the slow pushdown, don’t rush, then inhale going up

NOTE: Not necessarily for weight loss but to build strength and to meditate in motion. For weight-loss, intake of calories have to be cut down on a long-term basis (cut down on what you eat)
