Online payment possible thru Landbank Link.biz portal but it does NOT accept Mastercard  and Visa card (cards that are acceptable worldwide but not for Landbank ), only certain Bancnet ATM cards and the Landbank ATM card itself, check if other cards allowed by the portal (I advise against exposing your ATM card online but if you want to take the risk, weigh your options)
