Text-apology from telco Globe 4hrs after #SONA #SONA2022 for NTC-ordered internet shutdown w/o advance notice as directed by NTC for security reasons in the Batasan complex

From Globe : “We’re sorry for the loss of our mobile, Globe At Home LTE and Prepaid WiFi signal earlier today around the Batasan Complex in Quezon City. This was done in compliance with the directive of the National Telecommunications Commission. We were unable to notify you in advance as directed by the NTC for security reasons.

“Our signal is now fully restored and you may continue to enjoy our services. Thank you for your understanding.”
