  1. Even if you protest, nothing will change, you still have to pay sa private NCAP implementor with 70/30 , percent in favor on them…. This must be stopped, we are not prepare on this, study first the system, repair roads, and put traffic sign visible to everyone. I paid 3k on my first violation for 27 years driving, I follow the traffic rules and I cross the intersection green light, until the red light turns fast to red after 2/3 length, is there a manipulation on the system?
