DM sent, Sky agent asked me to wait. Sky Cable TV down here in QC at 2:54am @SkyServes Troubleshooting, autoscan etc done, all useless. No wind, no movement, no physical disturbance. This is happening from your end. Pls refer this to your Sky Eng’g Dept right away instead of delaying by sending tech team not authorized to open Sky box at the poste (pole).
