On DM chat now @SkyServes cable TV went down 25mins ago or at 11:56pm May 23. Troubleshooting done, autoscan done, connections checked, all useless. Do not waste time by sending tech team not authorized to check poste (pole) Pls refer to ur Engg Dept to restore cable now. Tnx.
