Kay aga-aga 7am, wala na namang cable! Sky cable TV! Palaging down!

DMs sent Sky cable TV DOWN AGAIN 7am, we are 5 blocks from a listed affected area — the same thing five days ago, you said we are not an affected area yet the Sky TV cables here and of the neighbors are down. Troubleshooting, autoscan done, useless. Happening from your planta/ poste, please do not send useless tech team who will just report back to you what is already stated here. Pls report to your Engineering Department now and restore the cable.
