
Voters who did not know their precinct number by heart or as typed up, crowded and jostled with each other in a chaotic spot at the lobby where two personnel manually and slowly leafed thru hundreds of sheets of voters’ lists because there were no digital files in laptops usually made available by PPCRV and Comelec voters-assistance staff, plus the school internet was shut down because it was prohibited to avail of it on election day according to the poll watchers — this also happened in the biggest polling area at the Corazon Aquino Elementary School, according to a CNN-Ph report.
