Many thanks to Dr. Hanny Cariño of Novodental for the patience and skill in working on my wisdom teeth even if they were outside the mouth arch and facing the back of the head (even if the recommendation was to take them out but I decided to keep them because they weren’t bothering me and maybe they’re giving some support (?) idk just like to keep them. They had small cavities which required drilling and filling, but the surface is facing backwards and far, far, far away.
This post is dedicated to her, and these photos are being posted for Dr. Hanny and the Novodental staff.

The wisdom teeth were about-faced, the X-ray earlier showed their perpendicular direction — if the patient is facing the sunrise, they are inside facing west (turned around) , one has to use two different kinds of toothbrushes, a normal one and a small one to reach them. Like an extreme introvert who doesn’t want to face anyone, which is fine, no judgment. They cannot be seen in these pictures, they’re not visible even when the mouth is open. No one has seen their “faces” except by their reflection on the small mirror on the dental instrument and you cannot shine a light on them … or maybe Dr. Hanny bounced the light off the small mirror onto them — she’s really skillful. Maybe some other dentist in some other town would have said, this is impossible to get to, let’s just extract them. i’m grateful that Dr. Hanny understands that it makes the patient feel well to keep them as she wishes. And i didn’t have to do a backbend or to hang upside-down from the ceiling so they could be accessed: Dr. Hanny displayed great dexterity and diligence in gently pushing back the mouth wall to reach the farthest recesses of the mouth arch where no dentist has ever been and peer into what they look like, and work on them.

This post is dedicated to Dr. Hanny for her forbearance and masterful work and the Novodental staff for their competent assistance. Many thanks.
(Dr. Hanny likes LANY, like so: )
