Staff said no Sky cable TV signal since yesterday Feb.15 3:30pm. DMs sent. 5 months advance payment not yet refunded. Jan26 Sky posted shutdown advised subscribers to get Cignal even if there is no Teleradyo or ANC there. Jan27 I filed a Cignal application because of Sky instruction. Despite followups, Cignal has not installed. Converge and other cable operators require to get their internet with cable only as add-on. Pls restore the cable now, at least, as contractual obligation.
