with an ecumenical blessing of the Media Freedom Wall led by UPCMC Dean Fernando “Ernan” dlC. Paragas (the wall consists of journalists’ memorial markers designed and assembled by the Dean’s Office and the UPCMC Administrative Staff led by AO Gina Villegas)
and Candle-Lighting Ceremony with the participation of the UP Pi Sigma Fraternity which designed and constructed the Media Freedom wall and the dap-ay,
the Ifugao concept of a gathering space of the indigenous council of leaders,
and performances by the U.P. Singing Ambassadors, at the UPCMC grounds yesterday.
