Answer: To finish everything worthwhile,
take care of one’s eyes and digital files…
From my eye doctor:
1.Dim all your digital screens –especially if you’re reading digital text, in all your devices indoors, especially if in a room that’s not full of bright light
(Now you tell me)
Repeat: Dim or darken your digital screens
2. Every thirty minutes or so of reading in your devices or digital screens, look away, far away (but don’t look directly at bright light)
Now you tell me
3. Every two hours of viewing or reading in your LCD screen, rest your eyes for 15 minutes
Now you tell me
4.Never stare or gaze at the digital screen without blinking
Now you tell me
5.When you’re Zooming on camera, avoid direct bright light on your face
Now you tell me
6.Never look at the sun directly with your bare eyes no matter how wondrous it is
Now you tell me
7.Wear UV-protection sunglasses and not just polarized ones — ( as my brother Teng always tells me: your eyes are dilated inside the sunglasses and will let it in and absorb UV radiation thus destroying your retina, so make sure to specify UV-protection sunglasses… UV-protection)
8.Yes to leafy greens, 🌿 carrots, 🥕pineapples, 🍍 bell peppers,🫑🌶️🍅 almonds🥜 or almond milk, etc. check ✔️ check ✅ check, 💯
The eye doctor also prescribed Lutein supplements. i chose the “choco” food-grade soft gel-coated ones 🍫🍩🧉

One other multi-vitamin supplement when the virus started to spread worldwide in 2020 (April 2020) is also “choco” soft gel- coated.

Photo from the archives: i chose this because it’s minimalist or mild
i know it’s minimalist or mild because the vet prescribed it for Kotton in January 2020 harhar when he was Cotton , our community 🐕 dog — it’s an over-the-counter human multivitamin manufactured by Philippine pharmaceutical Unilab (proudly Philippine-made), for humans, and gentle enough (remember that episode when Cotton became my “patient”? January 2020. See archives or type “Patient Cotton”, search bar below). He finished his cycle, and when his abrasion stopped getting disturbed from the trainings, the wound became fully healed)
Now you know why i look like our rescue search dog, Kotton.

And… Big smile and big prayer throwing away EVERYTHING you put in the cabinet last year, after checking their dates,
and replacing them for next year —
— a good pattern not to have to use or ingest anything in there
Wait…
except my stash,
