atm On a rainy evening: Vegetarian (Seafood) Ramen (w egg, large chunks fish, lots veggies), nutritious, flavorful. BTW, Philippine, Chinese, Italian, American etc noodle dishes use lots of fat, oils. Japanese cuisine doesn’t. Healthy!
