For Impeach Private Prosec: Ur deadline for Compliance Pleading is June 30 end of term. Ur planned Motion for Clarif wil not be acted on (or get peremptory “pink slip”). Compliance, doable.  2nd item addressed to 20th Congress, just traverse it in Compliance, (if you don’t know how, consult external seasoned litigators), file Notice of Appearance if none yet.  File all pleadings before June 30. For Impeach Private Prosecutors: Your deadline for Compliance Pleading is June 30, 2025 or the end of your term 19th Congress. Your planned Motion for Clarification will not be acted upon (or get a peremptory “pink slip”). Compliance is fairly easy and doable – on the 2nd item addressed to the 20th Congress, just traverse it in your Compliance Pleading, (if you don’t know how, consult external seasoned litigators), file Notice of Appearance beforehand if none yet.  File all your pleadings before June 30, 2025.
