Government Assistant District Engineer Brice Hernandez testified that the payoffs, as supposedly ordered by District Engineer Henry Alcantara, are usually handed over to Senate employee Beng Ramos, in order to be brought to the “proponent”.
Senator Jinggoy in a news briefing confirmed that Senate employee Beng Ramos is the girlfriend of his staff member. Therefore, as girlfriend, in this close relationship and in the same building, she and the legislative staff member see each other everyday.
Beng Ramos is not being asked any questions because she is getting regular chemo treatment.
Girlfriend-boyfriend, in the same building, one handling billions of money in payoffs. And then this lead is no longer being followed.
