Alcantara upon being confronted with this photo confirmed that he was supervising the packing of these billions in cash and the delivery to the public officials as testified to by Brice Hernandez. It gives additional credence to the testimonies and all the corroborating evidence provided by Assistant District Engineers Brice Hernandez and Jaypee Mendoza.
