“From marichu: Yes i support TOWNS joining the Integrity Chain and the Blockchain Council. DBM started to use blockchain in July 2025. During the meeting with Blockchain, we can ask whether DBM has already uploaded its 2022-2025 records (all are public records anyway) on the DBM blockchain platform. Sana DBM has done that. During the meeting with the Blockchain Council we can ask for a demo using the DBM 2022-2024 records and ask the A.I. to find the variances (nb: variances between the proposed budget and the GAA budget on third reading and the GAA after bicam then the GAA upon signing). Those would be all the budget insertions nationwide,  leading to their proponents and all the ghost and substandard projects from North to South nationwide. What would take three months of investigation of records will take only two seconds if done by the blockchain AI. i’m supporting po any move to require the DPWH, COA,  Customs, BIR (subject to Data Privacy Act), Dep Ed, SEC, LGUs, Ombudsman’s Office, and Sandiganbayan, to  upload records of all transactions of their offices and status reports of performance of public functions.It’s a start po and part of institutional reform.
