Okay, to be fair, here’s the “advice” for the other party, applicable to anyone anticipating a warrant of arrest (just writing this because it’s useful to anyone anticipating arrest) : Surely, you already have lawyers, instruct them to be anticipatory: Before the service of the arrest warrant, you can try to post bail ahead of it — you need to put a poste (an anticipatory lawyer who will physically stand by in the courts where this will be filed) to monitor the filing. However, if it’s plunder, it’s outright non-bailable unless evidence not strong, for which bail hearings will be held but accused will be behind bars during the bail hearings.
