“You are listed as an eligible beneficiary for fuel assistance. Apply your ₱3,000 e-fuel voucher at https//dswdvipg … (link redacted by blog admin)”
The advice is NEVER to click any link sent by any source that you are not familiar with even if it appears to be from a government agency or a bank or a public utility like a telco (telecom) or any office.
If anybody calls you up or texts you asking for an OTP or any of your personal information, do NOT reply at all. Note, too, that your mobile phone has a blocking function to prevent further calls from this unfamiliar number.
