The Court rules as follows: The withdrawal of the three charges is granted subject to the Prosecution’s obligation as follows: Prosecution, all of you: Reimburse the annoyed Defense lawyers for their time, energy, sleepless nights, memed reputation, interrupted social life, and their daily all-black court attire. So ordered.
