2hrs ago: Emergency Alert, SIM registration deadline: It was really creepy hearing the mobile phone suddenly TALK ALOUD without a prompt. (Bigla na lang nagsalita NANG MALAKAS yung mobile nang walang prompt) ukol sa SIM deadline. Creepy. What else can it do?
