using the Nietzsche overused quote, the morning show astrologer introduced her forecasts by saying “what won’t stop you will make you stronger” (“what won’t kill you…etc.”) i always tell my students if you must use a cliché — so people would know you know it’s a cliché — don’t complete it or try to tweak it in a different direction; like saying, what won’t kill you… will surely make you want to die of shame! but that’s just me. she said the lucky color of the day was blue green.

was black or dark shiny colors. “Shiny” is not a color. Since we don’t emit light spontaneously, you can get “shiny” from texture, i.e. materials that are polished or smooth enough to make light bounce off them. i’m blabbering. Black or any dark-colored material that’s shiny.
