Sky Cable TV signal was restored 11:55am today or 20mins after the Sky call center agent restarted the connection from their end, and 40 minutes after I reported the issue on DM. Tnx.

Sky Cable down more than 24hrs now. DMs sent, the Sky call center agent simply repeats the script and is of no help. Pls restore the service now.
