@SkyServes 7:45am-7:55am In DM chat with Sky agent who said cable digibox to be refreshed from your end. Done. It has been unplugged for more than two minutes. Replugged, no signal. Troubleshooting done for the fifth time, still no Sky cable TV signal! Autoscan done, zero channels found! No channels! Pls restore signal asap

@SKYServes i lost the cable signal just now 7:20am while listening to Mike Navallo’s live interview of nuns and drafting letters to Fil-Chi translators to check the Google translate of the China Wildlife Protection Law for my paper, the research  for which also requires monitoring international cable news — pls restore the signal asap! (acct details in DMs 2 wks ago, troubleshooting done)
