@SKYServes Still no Sky cable TV signal here 6:16am, for 5hrs now. Troubleshooting done, to no avail. i’m on DM chat with your agent and i was asked to wait. Sky signal also went dark four days ago, and an average of every two weeks in previous months since May. It’s exasperating. Pls address the root cause of this problem.
@SKYServes Sky cable TV signal spontaneously combusted again at 1:30am today (no signal). Troubleshooting done — no use. My acct info details are in DMs 12 days ago. Lost signal also 4 days ago. Pls restore signal asap
