Answer: AI apps with compiled codes and weights that allow child abuse deep fakes pornography, harmful disinformation of private persons, apps that allow crimes like human trafficking, child prostitution, apps that promote self-harm, etc. should not continue unabated. The Big Tech companies responsible for these should be made accountable thru administrative regulation.
This can be done either by a new law or by amending the corporation law or civil law or the national telecom law, etc. It is fairly easy to implement: All it requires is to resist the powerful big tech lobby in Congress that may be blocking this.

All netizens and social media users should be concerned lest they wake up one morning and find that they could no longer use their site because they have to register or get verified: It’s a form of shut down and permit-system for the exercise of a right.
