Answer: The Lawyer.
For Private Prosecutor: How to Organize your Exhibits to counter the old strategy of obstructionism every-question-object-school from Defense:
Prosecutor, mark the transcript of every video recording, then bracket and sub-mark the most important portions that make the case (See post here yesterday afternoon) : YOU DID NOT DO THIS, anuba!!!
See previous posts here
Even if this is a “political” exercise…
…You need to organize your exhibits … so you can speak faster and outpace the Defense… by already marking.
Lawyers win their cases thru their exhibits,
not thru speeches,
but by how neatly you bagged and tagged and marked and sub-marked and bracketed your evidence and how neatly you laid them out in front of the judges to appreciate.
There is still a Re-direct after the Cross,
pwede pa habulin ito.
For Senate President Win and the Senator-Judges: Can someone please instruct po the private prosecutor to sub-mark the most important parts of the video recordings, instruct them to mark the transcript of each video recording then bracket and sub-mark the most important parts.
Here’s an example, THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF THE EVIDENCE FOR ARTICLE 4: The 2.18-minute-part of the video shown on-screen: Mark the transcript of the two hours then bracket and sub-mark this!!!
Here it is:
Private Prosecutor did not do this and it’s the most important.
Pwede pa ito habulin, kung kulang sa staff at gahol sa oras, may app sa Word na kaya mag-generate ng transcript ng audio. Anuba! Ito yung pinaka-importante sa Article 4!
