Atm For Sen Bam: In response to Defense counsel, the denial if in the Answer is a theory of the case and not in evidence because the evidence is, Respondent herself NEVER took back she contracted to kill, she confirmed thrice. Only she can take it back, she will not testify, lawyer cannot testify on her behalf. Respondent is not going to testify though.
