At 9:10am, a tele-radyo “news anchor” bantering with her co-anchor said that tickets to the Manny Pacquiao were (in an excited voice) “sold out in a matter of minutes!!!”… It’s ten seconds po, not “minutes”, the tickets were sold-out online in a matter of ten seconds – it is written right there on the graphics right below the frame of your own newscast… read… it’s running while you’re talking, it’s been there since yesterday. The co-anchor was just as clueless and merrily agreed. To be fair, a few minutes later, in the other tv station, the news reporter live from Los Angeles on follow-up said the tickets were sold out in ten minutes while the crawlers below the frame of their own newscast said the tickets were sold-out in “one minute”. The news anchor was as just as clueless and looking “thoughtful”, agreed. Read po, yun lamang.
