It took Meralco more than 30 hours to normalize in our area in the aftermath of one morning’s howling winds of Typhoon Glenda Signal Number 3. Apparently, Meralco did not preposition additional personnel even if the typhoon forecast was given several days  ago.

Does NDRRMC even include electricity, power companies and distributors in its checklist of emergency personnel to inspect?
