got it — there’s a brownout where i’ll be at 1:30pm to 2pm (i’ll put that as, “take or leave 30 minutes; so 1pm to 2pm). Aside from the daily advisory (which doesn’t contain the specific hours and areas of the brownout), Meralco also texts our administrative officer at least two hours before every power outage in our area can you believe that. She personally gets a text from Meralco. That’s nice. We don’t know how that happened (i interviewed the staff this morning when i was trying to get the schedule of the rotating brownout, i found out the AO gets texts from Meralco! and she didn’t have to do anything for it.)
you can evade the “aggravation” and be one step ahead of the rotating brownout by working your schedule around it or by avoiding areas where it will hit. It’s almost like strategizing and planning a guerrilla attack for crying out loud.
Now, i can be placid; i’ve planned it out– it’s being caught suddenly with a power outage in the middle of your work that destroys your composure; well, it doesn’t really destroy my composure, it just makes you feel helpless whenever that happens. (the things one would do to avoid places where the power outage will hit.)
